“Regression is not going back to the past, but it’s opening up and releasing the past that we carry in our minds, in our souls, and our bodies. When we go back to the cause of the problems, experiences from apparent past lives may surface- and it even accepts the apparent reality of experiences after death and before birth.”

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis occurs when the conscious mind is relaxed enough to allow clear energy flow between the superconscious, subconscious, and conscious minds.

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation in which the conscious mind becomes detached from everyday distractions. In this relaxed state, the subconscious mind becomes more receptive.

A hypnotherapist is not a replacement for a medical doctor, a counselor, or a psychologist. A hypnotherapist simply guides people to the root of their problems to find their own solutions.

Will I lose control while in hypnosis?

No, you will remain fully conscious and aware. You will experience deep relaxation and be highly responsive, and you will always maintain control throughout the process.

You are neither asleep nor unconscious during hypnosis. Much like when you're watching a movie or driving, your subconscious mind remains active and alert. If a hazard arises, your conscious mind will immediately take over to keep you safe.

My Hypnotherapy Journey

My journey into Hypnotherapy began when I read Journey of Souls by Michael Newton. This book transformed who I am and was the last piece of the puzzle for me. It opened a door to a deeper understanding of myself and the answers I had been searching for about my journey as a soul. The book shares case studies of clients who, through hypnosis, recalled memories of past lives and life between lives.

After discovering Michael Newton's work, I delved deeper into Past Life Regression and became fascinated by the work of Dolores Cannon and Brian Weiss. I had my first Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy session during a dark time in my life when I was dealing with heavy, traumatic events. I was searching for healing and answers. That session brought me healing as I accessed past life memories that provided clarity, closure, and healing for my present life.

I had always envisioned becoming a hypnotherapist to share the healing power of this practice with others.

I am a Certified Transpersonal and Regression Hypnotherapist from the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.

How does a hypnotherapy session work?

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process between you and your hypnotherapist. During the session:

  • You’ll be guided with questions to explore your inner world.

  • Avoid overthinking or analyzing what you feel or see; just share whatever comes up.

  • Trust your intuition; the first image, word, or sensation is often the most meaningful.

How should I prepare before my session?

  • Choose a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • You can create a relaxing atmosphere with candles, scents, or sage.

  • Make sure you're well-rested; a good night’s sleep helps your focus and openness.

  • Inform your hypnotherapist about any mental or physical health concerns.

  • Keep a notebook nearby to write down insights; after the session, you may continue to receive insights.

  • Plan to rest after the session to allow your body and mind to integrate the experience.
